Match races are regattas for two sailing boats, racing each other around a course.

RC boat races offer you real fun with radio controlled boats that are raced on water. RC boats are controlled remotely with radio control equipment fitted in boats. Sitting outside water, the participants race & control their boats with the help of hand-held transmitters and receivers within their boats.

Review of the FJ-3 Fury Navy Jet RC Plane – It is Awesome!

RC flying enthusiasts are passionate about the FJ-3 Fury Navy Jet RC Plane. The FJ-3 Fury Navy Jet RC plane is all inclusive with 5 servos installed, 80mm fan, brushless motor and 45A ESC. The wingspan of 34 `1/2 inches and a length of 34 ¾ inches is a nice size for this RC model. The Fj-3 Fury has a flight weight of a little of over 1 ½ pounds. Remember MASH, this bird is from the Korean War area. The Fj-3 was known at the F-86 Sabre.

In considering this plane, it may not be the best for a beginnner.  While easy to set up and fly, it is not specifically geared to the first time pilot.  There are better planes for that.  However, that is not to say it should not be purchased as a first plane.  If you have your heart set on it, you won’t be dissapointed.

The wonderful detailed scale version includes everything that you need to be ready to fly. You only have to add the radio system and battery. The 45A ESC has the switch mode BEC.5 accurate servos. The FJ-3 Fury Navy Jet RC Plane brushless motor (2600 Kv) is pre-installed including the 80mm dynamically balanced fan. The strength of the main wing and the horizontal tail section is reinforced with carbon. Flying the Fj-3 is made easy with all the control surfaces being pin hinged which makes for even slop free movement. They are even pre-installed which again makes this an excel jet RC plane to own.

Help with RC fan jets?

I have been in the rc aircraft world for only while. I need to know what a brushless fan jet airplane handles like. Is it fast? hard to manuver? Is it bulky and unable to do turns fast and rolls perfectly? If anybody can answer these questions please do.

Since I build bigger aircraft and do NOT use electric fans, I can’t give you a direct answer.

Electric motors, just like nitro motors, provide torque that will cause the plane to want to roll. This is corrected with the aileron trim settings.

Fan or jet powered planes tend to be larger due to the fact that the entire engine MUST be within the ducting used.

Their performance depends on the care in construction and balancing.

Some JET powered aircraft can reach speeds in excess of 200mph, but many prop planes can do better than 100mph. It depends on the plane and the engine.
