Remote Control Dinosaurs

Does someone know this movie!?!?!?
what was the movie called with these kids who went to an abandoned house and they were up in the attic with all their remote control cars and air planes and then these “bad guys” came into the house to stay there and the kids messed with them with the all the remote control toys.
also there is another movie where these kids find dinosaur eggs and they hatch and they raise them in their basement or something along those lines…
The first one is “remote”
and second has the same two bad guys but I can’t remember the name
