Remote Control Boats

Is there a small water motor that works off of a charged battery maybe one used with remote controlled boats?

I need a very small motor that can be submerged or placed on top of water to create waves in the water. I don’t want to use a cord or regular batteries. It needs to be a motor that charges for repeated use. (Batteries would be too expensive) Thank you for your best answer. (RC)
Or what about a fan over the water? Is there such a thing as a mini rechargeable fan? (like the brushless ones used in computers?)
It needs to be a small, as in miniature, motor…no larger than 3 inches. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks.
sure, go down to academy sports or bass pro shops and look around for a portable submergible livewell/baitwell aeration pump. they have some that float on top of the water, some are recirc, and some pump air instead of water. most are bigger than what you described, but I’m sure I’ve seen some small portable units. There’s a slight chance you’ll find something suitable.
most of what you see will be 12V, but I know there are some out there that run on D cells. walmart and radio shack sell rechargable batteries along with battery chargers.
