Radio Controlled Mini
A question for Dodge mechanics (2006 Stratus sedan sxt)?
Ok so here is the situation; I have a 06 stratus that looks a little empty on the inside and i wanted to add the mini Trip/travel computer that goes in the “storage bin” just above the radio and a/c controls. When I called around I was told that the unit cost like $200+ and that they would have to completely change my car’s computer in order for it to work (around $800) so my question is; do i really have to go through hell and highwater just to get this thing (because all they want to do is get money out of me) or is it really just a “plug n play” deal that i could just grab from a pull-a-part place and add myself?
no its not a part that you can just add to the car, if it didn’t come with the needed wiring harness for it you do have to change the computer and the wiring harness,they wasn’t just trying to get money from you,they told you the truth about it,good luck,
