Rc Helicopters – Used By The Police For Traffic Accidents In Cold Weather

The dragonfly RC helicopter is used by the police for various activities like locating traffic accidents in extreme weather  or to survey damages after natural calamities . Flying remote controlled or RC helicopters have also become a hobby among many people. This is a very interesting hobby and if you are interested to start this hobby, then you should get yourself an equipment and join a modelling club, where these types of helicopters are flown and you have an instructor who will teach you to fly the helicopter. Mini RC helicopter is a fun toy which will be enjoyed by all ages. And if you want your child to be indoors, then you can present him with a micro RC helicopter which is the smallest and lightest helicopter and it can be flown in small spaces.

Flying an airplane is a very thrilling experience, and you can do it by standing on the ground, with a hobby of RC airplanes. You can start flying in your backyard with RC Slow Flyers. You can also get your child to be interested in this hobby, by getting him a Remote Control Toy airplane. I am sure he will enjoy flying it and also you can keep him occupied and stay away mischief.

For people who love to sail, you have the RC boats. Get two micro RC boats and change your garden pond to a thrilling race course for your child.  Similarly children are also crazy about Mini RC trucks and Mini RC cars. RC monster trucks are also available in nitro poweredand electric model.

Another interesting recreational sport is with Airsoft guns, which is a detailed replica of real firearms. These guns can be spring, electric, or gas powered and the only difference from the real guns, is that these airsoft guns use plastic pellets and it is safe because it has less velocity. If you are planning on a competition with Airsoft pistols, then you should go in for  Airsoft Spring Pistols, as they are reliable and does not get damaged fast even if water gets in and they are affordable. .

Spring Airsoft Guns is spring powered and don’t use up much battery. They are single shot devices and have large capacity to keep you in the game for a long time. The Electric Airsoft Gun is powered by electric motor and the Gas Airsoft Gun is gas powered with Co2 or green gas.

Electric RC Helicopter- The Latest Development of Radio-Control and Electronic Industry

Needless to say, within a short span of time, electric RC helicopters have gained world recognition due to latest and significant improvements in the radio-control as well as electronics industry. Technically advanced electric RC helicopters are becoming more and more accessible and available at affordable prices. It doesn’t matter, whether you are a beginner or have a hobby of playing with such items; these RC helicopters can keep you entertained for hours. They not only allure the attention of people, but also provide you a way of playing with innovative and highly developed things. One of the interesting facts about the popularity of electric RC helicopters is that they are very much preferred in residential areas and places where the noise is strictly controlled. In other words, these RC helicopters are known globally for their silence making.

Due to the stable electric power output, these electric RC helicopters are very stable in a fly mode. Interestingly, before dispatching or making them available in the market, they are electronically as well as physically tested. Apart from this, a test report is also included with every electronic RC helicopter sold. In addition to their tests, these helicopters also include a series of features. Because of having great power against wind, these helicopters are easy to fly with simple operations. Now, with the continuous innovations in technologies, there are numerous models of electric RC helicopters including E-SKY Honeybee King 3 available that feature speed controller, powerful brushless motor and head lock gyro. Moreover, Auto-rotation system and powerful battery for delivering power and performance also allure the attention of people towards such types of RC helicopters.

Because of growing demand of such types of helicopters, now market is flourished with a variety of electric RC helicopters. It doesn’t matter, whether you want E-SKY big lama, E-SKY belt-CP V2, Walkera 4G1B 2.4G, E-SKY KOB, E-SKY lama V4 or Walkera 60B 2.4G, for getting your desired piece, all you have to do is just place your order online. There are a number of online stores that provide you helicopters as well as detailed information about the electric RC helicopters as well as RC helicopters. Numerous online stores also provide you training kit to keep you away from any kind of problem during the use.

Fixed Pitch Vs Collective Pitch RC Helicopters

RC Helicopters are becoming so popular that it attracts many new enthusiasts everyday. Upon getting their hands on this new enjoyable hobby, many beginners become puzzled when they know that RC helicopters come labeled either as “fixed pitched” or “collective pitch”. For this reason, many new pilots have come to wonder what exactly the difference between the two is.

To understand how these two pitch setups differ, the first step is to come to know what “pitch” means. The “pitch” of a helicopter is the angle of the main rotor blade. Generally, the measurement of this “pitch” angle is done relative to the horizontal plane. Helicopters generate lift by rotating their rotor through the air. With a fixed pitch helicopter, when the rotor spins faster, more lift is generated and the helicopter ascends. On the other hand, slower rotor rotation generates less lift and the helicopter descends. For collective pitch helicopters, the pitch of the blade becomes another factor in the lift generating equation. In this setup, the lift can also be altered by the angle (pitch) in which the main rotor blade is positioned. To put it another way; while to rotor is rotating at a constant speed, the lift generated can be altered by changing the pitch alone.

Now that we know the technical difference between the two pitch setups, the next question is: how does it affect my flight? Quite simply, a collective pitch helicopter is more responsive, agile, and smoother to fly. Nevertheless, there is a tradeoff. They are much harder to learn, require a more complicated transmitter, and cost much more than fixed pitched helicopters. They also have more moving parts, which means they break more easily and requires more maintenance.

So which one should you choose to fly? Fixed pitch or collective pitch? It all comes down to your own choice and how serious you are with this hobby. A fixed pitch helicopter has fewer moving parts, making it more ideal for beginner as it requires less maintenance. Many also claim that a fixed pitch helicopter is easier to fly (but this claim is often challenged by avid pilots). Also, most of the helicopters that are fixed pitch comes in an RTF (Ready to Fly) set, and usually includes a radio transmitter (which won’t work on collective pitch models though). However, if you plan to stay in this hobby for a long time and fly in more demanding ways, then perhaps making a bigger investment and getting a collective pitch helicopter will be worth while.

Esky lifts off a powerful, ready-to-fly remote control helicopter

The Esky Belt-CP V2, hits the RC space as the latest ready-to-fly version of the world-famous Esky Belt-CP helicopter series. This Belt-CP V2 dwarfs the King 2 and revs with the most powerful motor yet.

Rugged construction ensures it stands up to your most enthusiastic 3D flying techniques. New features include the 450 brushless motor and a professional head lock gyro with remote adjustment from the transmitter.

The new 2.4Ghz remote control system uses Advanced Spread Spectrum technology and digital Frequency Shift Key (FSK) coding technology. This — combined with four digital servos — ensures rapid response, precise control, and nimbler movements.

A premium Cyclic/Collective Pitch Mixing (CCPM) head comes installed, enabling precision flying.  By utilizing three electronically mixed servos, the CCPM head boosts response over traditionally mixed servos. Working together, the three servos control the input for the collective pitch, elevator, and aileron. Controlled responses are reached by eliminating unnecessary components with the advanced technology built-in to the Belt CP’s six-channel transmitter.

True to its name, the Belt CP V2 uses a belt-driven tail rotor, an improvement over an entry-level separate tail motor system.

Reinforcements include:
•    A steel fly bar, main shaft and tail shaft
•    A carbon fibre tail stand and shock-proof iron landing skids.
•    Ball bearings installed throughout rather than the normal metal bearings
•    A high inertial main blade to boost lift.

Esky also includes its latest feature: a radio system packed with high-quality 6ch transmitter and digital servos.

RC helicopters don’t come much better than the Belt-CP V2!
